Generation Church is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to provide administrative support
in a temporary, contract-based part-time role. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations of the church office. This position involves a variety of clerical and administrative tasks,
including data entry, event setup, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct messages appropriately.
- Respond to general inquiries via email and ensure timely follow-up.
- Set up and organize materials for church events and meetings.
- Check and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Make outgoing phone calls on behalf of church leadership or departments.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Work Environment:
